Terms and Conditions

Your application to participate in the Breakthrough – Music Business for Young Entrepreneurs programme is subject to you indemnifying (and keeping indemnified) Business DNA Pty Ltd, our officers, employees, and agents, against any loss or liability incurred by you, or loss of or damage to your property, whether real or claimed, arising from your participation in the programme. This includes the use of all course materials, general advice or any advice that you may receive specific to your business situation. You further agree to indemnify us against any loss or expense incurred by us in dealing with any claim against us by you, including legal costs and expenses and the cost of time spent, resources used, or disbursements paid by us. You agree that any disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales and relevant courts of appeal.
